Where We Ship
We ship to 45 states across the U.S. via UPS Ground.
We CANNOT ship to: Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Michigan (MI), South Dakota (SD), or Utah (UT)
We CANNOT ship to PO Boxes or Military bases.
Adult Signature Required
Someone 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for the delivery. We strongly recommend shipping to a location where an adult is always available, such as your workplace or a building with a doorman.
If you will not be available to receive your order, please contact us immediately at service@getliquidrails.com.
Missed Delivery: Our carrier will make 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned and a $19.99 re-service fee may apply.
Zip Code & Shipping Address
Please enter the correct zip code on the cart page before entering your full shipping address. Incorrect zip codes may cause delays. LiquidRails is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipment information.
If you need to ship to multiple addresses, each address requires a separate order.

Shipping discounts may be available for military customers, new customers, and orders meeting certain thresholds.

Your Order Journey
You will receive email notifications at each stage of your order:
Order Confirmation — immediately after purchase
Order Prep — when your order is being prepared for shipment
Shipped — includes your UPS tracking number
Out for Delivery — day-of delivery notification. Depending on your shipping address, your order will arrive within 1-10 days.
