What are the requirements for ordering alcohol online?
You must be 21 or older.
An adult (21+) must be present to sign for delivery. If no one is available, the driver will make 2 more attempts to deliver. If no one is available to sign, the package is typically returned — it cannot be left at the door. You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder and verify your email is not mistyped.
Who should I contact about order issues?
Shipping/returns policy
Orders will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your order. Once shipped, your order will arrive within 1-10 business days, depending on your shipping address.
All sales are being fulfilled by licensed retailers on the LiquidRails network. According to alcohol laws, retailers can only accept the return of defective goods. In such instances, we will refund the credit card used to purchase the item or issue store credit (gift card) for the amount that was paid for the item. If you would prefer a reshipment, reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate, subject to product availability.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. (Please Take Photos).
What states can I ship to?
We ship to 45 states. Unfortunately, we can not ship to AK, HI, MI, SD, UT
What is the alcohol %?
Martini Mates are made with gluten-free vodka and taste delicious at 14% ABV. (The same % you would get if ordering at a bar!)
What is Pour-Shake-Pour?
To get the perfect mixologist look from Martini Mates: "POUR" roughly half of the bottle into 2 glasses. Re-cap the bottle and "SHAKE”. "POUR" the rest into your glasses.
What is the caffeine content in Espresso Martinis?
Each bottle contains 48mg of caffeine. For reference, 1 shot of espresso is 80mg, and a mug of brewed coffee is 120mg.
Are Martini Mates' cocktails gluten-free and dairy-free?
Yes, our products are gluten-free and dairy-free.
How many cocktails does each bottle make?
Each bottle can produce 2 standard martinis, or 1 large martini!! A typical martini is roughly 3-4oz, each bottle is ~7oz(200ml).
