Refund policy
All sales are fulfilled by licensed retailers on the LiquidRails network. Per alcohol laws, retailers can only accept the return of defective goods. In such cases, we will:

Refund the credit card used for the purchase, OR

Issue store credit (gift card) for the amount paid

Arrange a reshipment upon request, subject to product availability
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away and take photos.
All damage or missing item claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Amending or Cancelling an Order
Our fulfillment team processes orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel, email service@getliquidrails.com as soon as possible.
Orders may only be cancelled within 3 hours of being placed.
Out of Stock Items
If an item goes out of stock before your order is fulfilled, our team will reach out promptly to offer either a replacement of similar taste and quality, or a full refund for the affected item(s).
Pre-Sale Orders
If your order contains a pre-sale or limited-release item, we will notify you when it is ready to ship. If your order also includes in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-sale item is available.
